Por un mejor HOY’s headquarters, Casa HOY, serves
as a multifunctional space for international volunteers
and local projects. Casa HOY bridges the gaps of traditional tourism, putting the visitor and the local resident in direct contact. Together they can work toward personal and community development. Casa HOY is a hostel for traveler-volunteers; a support center for local projects; a community house with a space for workshops, Spanish and English classes, cultural activities and meetings; and a library/research center for alternative travel and lifestyles.

The house is a model that can be reproduced in any country for the same purpose: to be a point of encounter and exchange between traveler-volunteers and local people and community projects. This type of hostel/community house provides a setting for international cooperation and cultural exchange.
