OPTION 1. A week at Casa HOY, Cuernavaca (Morelos' Capital City)
For groups of 6-8 people
Cost per individual per week: US$350 (ten days: US$430)

* Daily volunteer activities with 2 or 3 different organizations during the week
* Talks on Mexican culture, social activism, local & global issues
* Optional daily 1-hour Spanish classes/conversation
* Visits to less-known local attractions
* Fun team-building dynamics
* Meetings with local activists, artisans, students
* Optional excursions to nearby towns, ruins, natural areas

Includes:

* hostel-type lodging
* breakfast and lunch
* local transportation & to and from airport
* talks and Spanish hour
* all dynamics and arrangements for volunteer service
* one guided excursion
* wireless Internet

OPTION 2. A week in a rural community, Morelos State
For groups of 10-15 people
Cost per individual per week: US$475 (ten days: US$500)

* Daily volunteer activities on specific projects (painting, refurbishing, workshops, etc.)
* Talks on Mexican culture, social activism, local & global issues
* Recreational interaction with children and youth
* Fun team-building dynamics
* Meetings with local community members (kids, women, men)
* Optional excursions to nearby towns, ruins, natural areas

Includes:

* very basic lodging
* breakfast, lunch, dinner
* local transportation & to and from airport
* specific talks
* all dynamics and arrangements for volunteer service
* one guided excursion

NOT included in either option: Airfare to Mexico, meals other than those specified, and personal expenses.

Minimum requirements: 18 years of age, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Basic Spanish and travel insurance highly recommended.

Winter, spring, and summer breaks available, including specific themes! Contact us with a specific topic you would like to focus on, such as environmental, women's, indigenous, or LGBT issues, as well as alternative healing. (Experienced in medical Spanish language and cultural issues.)
